exhibition features artists whose practices are materially-sensitive and shaped by encounters with the natural world: <strong>Hugo Winder-Lind<\/strong>, the inaugural artist-in-residence, works in exploring the poetic and physical properties of materials, <strong>Claire Cansick<\/strong>&#8216;s colour-soaked paintings are informed by daily swims and changing weather, while tapestry artist <strong>Gyllian Thomson<\/strong>&#8216;s process is shaped by walking and mapping coastlines, and <strong>Jack Whitefield<\/strong>&#8216;s mixed-media practice explores geology, memory, and language.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Gallery recently joined the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.craftscotland.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Craft Scotland<\/a> directory and continues to grow as a
